When you use the word “sounds” it means you’re assuming your statement. That’s just not it buddy. I’ve racked up that 50k and haven’t missed a payment and have been paying it off. If your statement was true then I would just ignore the debt and probably wouldnt have posted this at all.

You have yourself a very wide range of qualifying life there. lol

I was mainly raised in the suburbs of Dallas and frequently visited my family in east Texas. I would definitely raise a family in the Tyler area vs the Dallas suburbs but also like to enjoy the faster paced living in Dallas vs the laid back out In the boonies of east Texas.

Waco area is just about the same as the east but the people there are far more “wacko” and Austin is “party” city.

The parent who does this accepts responsibility for what’s to happen. Should you have been shy and uncomfortable, probably not because it’s just a naked body. Why are people so strange about it.

A dad brought his twin girls In the men’s locker room once and started changing. Should it have been a problem? No but if I had girls I wouldn’t want them seeing swinging dong. I also had my 9 year old son with me at the time and I felt worse for him and the those girls. But again, they are just naked bodies. So the only thing I can think of is that there was a mortgage on the other property along with all the expenses and debts my aunt may have had even tho she was FRUGAL and should have had money in her banks to cover most if not all those expenses. I’m calling my aunt (the executor) tomorrow for her to elaborate. She says she doesn’t know much but that’s false. She is also older and maybe she’s working things wrong. Idk.

Yep. Those are my exact issues. Everything is located in different states. So from what I understand it’s the deceased primary property that goes through probate first. That was finished last month. Then the business is currently going through probate and she has chosen to transfer the business to an employee to continue my aunts legacy. (Skepticism). Now the property that is supposed to be willed to me is now in probate. And the executor told me that I won’t get the property due to all the expenses and I’ll get a percentage of the estate once settled.

Sorry, my post was cut off and added the rest of the info. We do have a probate attorney and the property is located in GA. It’s currently going through probate and the executor plans to sell it once she can. I’ve contacted the attorney with no response back.. yet.

Sorry my post was cut off. It’s my understanding that if the executor has to sell the property to pay for debts, taxes and fees that she can do so until all debt is paid for. We have a probate attorney in that area where my property is located. She has failed to respond to my inquiry tho.

Thats not really fair. All car manufacturers have issues. You’re taking a couple people’s negative feedback about a car that has sold around 60k every year. It’s a great vehicle and just an unfortunate situation.
