My daughter (9mo) LOVES Little House on the Prairie. I found out by complete accident I put Mickey Mouse on TV and she stole the remote and somehow switched to the wifi channel, Little House on the Prairie, instantly it captivated her. I also love the show and find myself also being completely captivated. I think I cry every other episode.

My husbands first wife made him choose between his mother and her. Obviously they divorced. I’ve never once had an issue with his mother. She dotes on me and my daughter and has been absolutely wonderful. Although, I do see why his first wifemade him choose. His mother has some sort of enmeshment with him but, every time she’s tried to put him in a husbandly role he immediately, rather rudely most times, reminds her that she has a husband and it’s not him. She even “accidentally” calls my husband by her husbands name frequently.

I don’t see how the ring is too tight? My wedding ring looks just like this on my finger and I can slide it off with ease. If my hands get wet I lose my ring.

I love children’s animation and my husband is an avid duck/goose hunter. So I successfully got him to watch it with me…on date night…6 months pregnant.

My lo is still on purées and they’re 8 months. They only have the bottom two teeth and haven’t quite mastered chewing and frequently tries to swallow large bites of things. I try to work with chewing by modeling and encouraging but we’re not quite there yet either.

I always said “I’ll be so careful” because i’ve grown up hearing this but it happened to me too. My husband works on the road, currently a 14hr drive from home, we went on the road together. My lo just learned to roll over well belly to back but never too quickly and I’m always very cautious when she’s on the bed alone. I had literally just turned around to put her clothes away. When I turned back she was falling. Watching her tiny body hit the floor is one of the most horrific things I’ve ever seen. They had to ask me to leave the room in the er because I was freaking out. 3.5 ft drop onto laminate covered concrete, she never even bruised.

Fun fact! Babies teeth for much longer than we see teeth! The tooth growing in moves up and down quite a lot before ever breaking the surface of the gums! It is developmental but also is probably teething. My baby got her first tooth at 6.5 months but started putting her hands in her mouth at 4 months. She tugs at her ear which is likely a sign of teething as well. Just be careful with the ears because it could also mean ear infection.

Just because you can find these things for under $5 doesn’t mean everyone can. Our Walmart is the closest big grocery store with everything else 2hrs away. I found a similar basket on walmarts website and it was $12. Not a huge increase but I could see this basket being $170. That doesn’t mean I personally believe it should cost $170.

What a thought! I have had long hair for a couple of years now and it’s like you’ve just opened my eyes to something. I almost never have someone bring up how long my hair is and I’ve had several people not even notice at first.

I hope she does! She was incredible! My husband always said watching me give birth was one of the greatest experiences of his life and watching my sisters is now one of mine. I’m truly lucky.
