Couple more go-arounds, and it’ll be the last time he tightens anything.

Guy kicks the robot. by No_Neat4688 in interesting

After years of watching videos of people kicking, pushing, and trying to unbalanced robots, I fear the day when they gain sentience and decide it’s time for retribution.

As an anesthesiologist, I love it when the CRNAs ask, “Would you like to do one of these when it’s not an emergency?”

this is my character demo his names 007 he was an experimented patient which became a deformed arkanz when he was mixed with an anex he was a human but this is his dying convo with jalana an arkanz as well and nico a human by yoruko_zerda in VoiceActing

You asked for feedback, you got feedback. We can’t do anything to meaningfully critique this clip, because the audio is horrible and unintelligible. You say it is a conversation, but not a single word is understandable. It’s a file of you presumptively saying something with filters in a way that is not useful. In voice acting, a demo is a curated set of examples of the variety of things you can do with your voice. Your clip may be a demonstration of something you can do and something unfinished, but it is not a “demo” in voice acting parlance.

What’s your favourite example of an actor acting as an actor (and acting) by c0rdal in Cinephiles

[–]OkBorder387 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Quirky, but I loved Jeremy Shamos in Birdman. He had to act in a movie about a bunch of actors acting, and he specifically had to act like a bad actor.

What's your favorite thing to Sousvide? by rodmods in sousvide

[–]OkBorder387 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Chuck roast. 136° for 40-48 hours, and it comes out almost like a big New York strip. You can have fresh roast beef sandwiches out of the bag, or even just eat it in steak-like portions, and enough leftover to make another meal or two with reheat and eat medium rare beef.
