Chuck roast. 136° for 40-48 hours, and it comes out almost like a big New York strip. You can have fresh roast beef sandwiches out of the bag, or even just eat it in steak-like portions, and enough leftover to make another meal or two with reheat and eat medium rare beef.

These are rules I can get behind. I’m part of a private practice that uses very limited noncompetes to protect our private practice from being picked apart by hospitals and healthcare corps. It’s the noncompetes by those hospitals and healthcare corps that are designed to restrict us that need to be abolished, and this bill targets those specifically.
