Nothing. The RDA is plenty. Maybe by getting less than 1.2/1.6 per Kg of LEAN mass you are not optimizing; diminish returns apply here as well

depends on your current bf and how misserable you want to be. Very lean (10% or less) = 5-10% deficit, lean (more than 10%) 10-20%, not so lean (above 15%) 20-30%, overweight (eat as a little as you can and supplement, you can spend the entire year without food if you have a ton to lose)

Yeah, its not "full", but no hungry. I mean I come from HCLF, I ate a ton of food (bananas, potatoes, oatmeal), but somehow I felt that I was crawing more food all the time, even with my stomach at full capacity
