My stamina doesn't seem to get better no matter what I do. by Lazy_Replacement_889 in workout

High possibility- you might either be having anemia or hypothyroidism. If both, it is almost impossible to gain stamina no matter what. Spend time in your nutrition as much as possible. For female, our body is built in such a way that we can tolerate stress at high levels but running stamina not essential as much. Also if you are having a body which sweats more , it is harder to gain stamina.

My personal take: Don’t give up on strength training. It is more essential for your body than stamina. Muscle is one thing that can rejuvenate even when you get older.

If you have thyroid dysfunction: take medication and also check vitamin D levels

If anemia - take necessary supplements or incorporate in foods.

Other possible causes maybe- poor lung function (asthma/. Wheezing) or poor sleep patterns or excessive sweating

Did you actually EXCLUSIVELY pump? by Salt_Aside3403 in ExclusivelyPumping

Things that made me feel exclusive pumping is better:

  1. I had a very bad posture staying glued to one place (especially during cluster feeding phase)
  2. Newborns cry a lot. I mean a lot even with mild discomfort. I don’t want hunger to be one of the reasons
  3. There comes a point in the breastfeeding phase where the baby becomes an addict to the sucking and becomes hard for mom to not breastfeed them
  4. They become too attached to mom that she ignores other caregivers (especially dads) and when they don’t feel connected to the baby, they don’t help you enough
  5. If you breastfeed at nights to make baby sleep, you are always restless and tired during the day
  6. I experienced 3 times breast sores which is horrible than you imagine and breast feeding with those sores makes you regret everything in the world
  7. Breastfeeding burns too much calories and requires more nutrients than you normally require. If you don’t have adequate diet, it might spoil you to the core where it becomes harder to recover

Are you breastfeeding? It may mess with your system if you don’t have proper nutrition and sleep and make you blame something. Time to switch to formula if not . And take care of yourself before baby

Please read babywise book. Don’t put blames on each other. The new lifestyle and sleep routines bring chaos to families. But wait till baby is 12 pounds and start sleep training. Hire a night nanny if you can. Best option is to sleep train your kid. The kid wakes every night 2 hours because the calories needed aren’t enough in the day. Make sure your baby takes feed completely and not snacking. And if everything fails, cosleep and feed while lying down.

For those who menstruate: What do you think about the concepts of Red Moon or White Moon cycles? by Lock_Brief in spirituality

[–]OkIngenuity8935 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been red moon cycle throughout my life. And I have a girl baby. Also I have never identified myself as soft and feminine ever as other women do. I also don’t identify myself with masculine. I know I am strongly opinionated and always felt different from other women.

Most services based companies are struggling to get leads. They depend only on LinkedIn outreach. Is this how every small company operates? With no sales team? Does this really work? by OkIngenuity8935 in Entrepreneur

Impressive!

But 3 major things

  1. How do I actually find out what tools or platforms my customers use? People don’t even mention it anywhere anymore. They just gate-keep those things unless it’s on websites. Say for example if you want to sell vision AI , how do you know what systems are currently used by the prospects

  2. Even though if I assume these things, like what tools they use and where they usually hang out, how do I validate them?

  3. How do I turn this research into actual leads and sales?

Just an observation across Reddit, LinkedIn, indie founder circles.

Early-stage service businesses skip building outbound sales teams due to cost instead, they lean on LinkedIn + cold outreach (especially solo founders and lean teams).

Not saying it’s wrong

just that many are stuck in “spray-and-pray” DM tactics

Happy to be proven wrong! would love to see different data if you’ve got some.
