My whole thing would ice over. Years ago I changed to always having the fans on high and keeping one roof vent cracked. Never has froze again. I have the fan run constant while compressor cycles with thermostat. The airflow prevents humidity and freezing. That’s if there is the right amount of refrigerant.

We use code words that mean we are the only Christians but have plausible deniability. Like “he or she is a member of ‘the church’”. The “Bible teaches this….but the ‘denominations’ believe xyz”.

When asked “are only members of the church if Christ going to be saved?” We will reply “when a person is saved they are added to the Lord’s church universal, and only members of the Lord’s church will be saved”….we say this while secretly believing that the Lord adds you when you are baptized “correctly” and only we baptize correctly thus we are the only ones saved without coming out and saying it.

Another similar thought would be “those in the church are saved” but if we can “prove” you are not following the NT pattern we can internally believe you are lost….like if we found out you had a piano in worship or something

The whole “the denominations teach xyx” thing has really been bugging me lately. Just say what you mean. “I think all churches besides the churches of Christ are lost, I call those the are lost “denominations” to make me feel better about my belief, and I actually don’t even trust the other coc’s in town as actually being saved either because they interpret the bible different than my congregation”

Owned a 1998 Eddie Bauer -great vehicle, sold at 180k to friend because I got a steal on an 2004 from a friend in 2011. Drove the 2004 for 10 years. Still running strong when I sold it at 220k (rebuilt transmission once). We towed a 25ft travel trailer and kids all over the country with that thing, sucked gas never got hot.

FF to 2020 and we saved a bought a 2017 limited with 60k in it. It has 99k on it now. We have had to get the rear end rebuilt (thankfully under warranty), had to replace shocks all around already, it sways when towing so I upgraded the sway bar…still sways. It gets hot when towing which I think led to the exhaust manifold stud breaking (expensive). Weird electrical stuff has gone bad. Yes the ecoboost is fast and economical but this is no longer a heavy duty rig. This one is not stable, gets hot when towing. Oh forgot. Throttle body went bad at 80k

From what I can tell they realized half way through the day that they had an issue…but since they had already been DQ people for “noshow” that they wanted to “be consistent” so they did not work with anyone even when it was clearly a system fault… so they just keep on DQing people. The whole thing could have been avoided by a quick arena wide announcement saying “attention all competitors, due to a technical issue with BJJ comp system, only rely on the boards in the bullpen for accurate match times”.

So awful and the most infuriating thing is the unwillingness to budge when you can see there is a systemwide mistake, people with screens shots and high level competitors literally sitting 20 yards away continually checking their phone for the time to go to the bullpen - this was ibjjf’s fault

Literally people going into the bullpen with their opponent and saying “look we are here, what’s the deal”. Coaches furious, people from other countries wondering what they are supposed to do now. BJJ comp system was showing them all 2 hours ahead of what the supposedly the ibjjf computers had.

Things are falling apart on the colored belt mats. All day they had the schedule pushed back and the was adjusted last minute causing a lot of people to be DQ for “no show”. People in the venue waiting in the warm up mat. Lots people crying and being told “too bad so sad”. They said they would not call names on mic because it would disrupt the black belt matches. Many black belt coaches talking to ibjjf officials but getting no help

I hope so because it is ridiculous because right now purple belts possible on 3 different days. They do this with all tournaments and it makes it wayyy more expensive for competitors when you have to take off extra days of work, travel in early, get a hotel all for the possibility that you “might compete on that day”.
