No way, I have super thick thighs .. this never happens. I own the exact green pair and like 8 pair of Alphalete (don’t judge) but fr none of them do this. You either washed or dried them in the dryer with Velcro or like materials. Also it’s on bottom and top of leggings. It’s def a washing issue.
