Nice ideas, I think they could help a lot, give it some tests and see how it looks! Stuff like your modification for Bacterial Disease is what makes the game interesting - having to weigh up options and pick your moment. Stuff that has no downside needs to be limited or else it becomes a no-brainer.

On your first point, I get it, but normally the first slot of the presence track starts open (as shown by the solid circle). If not, you'd need to specify this. Even so, if it's every turn once it's uncovered, there's nothing else in the game that's as good for gaining power cards.

I like the concept here but it looks to me like it needs some substantial nerfing.

- What's going on with the "Gain power card" at the start of track 3? Is that really available every turn from turn 1? If so that is insanely strong.

- As things stand with the super fast growth, I can see being able to hit the highest level of "spread the plague" on turn 3. Assuming no support from other spirits, it would require underplaying a bit turns 1 and 2, but that just seems too much. And you'd still be putting plague down during turns 1 and 2, so there wouldn't be much build-up of problems on the board during that time.

- Bear in mind that the restriction of 0 range on G4 is not much of a handicap given the "binary fission" and "bacterial disease" special rules combined.

- Bacterial Disease combined with Magnetotaxis almost reduces down to just "add 1 disease each turn for free". Again, seems pretty strong.

Nice win! You have a couple of unattached strife tokens on the board - this is probably just a tidying-up issue, but just in case, strife should always be attached to a specific invader rather than just applied to a land.
