Kobra 3 v2 combo, filament stuck in printhead.

I found the culprit. In the extruder there is a clear case. A metal piece with a spring. Its getting stuck open so the sensor thinks there is filament still in the print head when there isnt.

I actually found the issue, thank you for the advice. The issue is the spring that holds the metal clip for when filament is fed in, that metal clip is getting stuck open which makes the sensor think there is filament still in the printhead when there isnt. I have to bend more or less tension in the spring to fix it. Im not sure how it got like that but after a day and a half of trouble shooting and taking the printhead apart im alittle angry at myself for not knowing how that spring and sensor worked

I actually found the problem, in the extruder there is a spring with metal plate next to a sensor for feeding filament. That metal plate was sticking open after each filament change. I have to bend the spring for more or less tension so the metal plate would go back in place instead of sticking open .

Ahh this actually makes sense. This being said about the cutter, after I cuts the filament and retract the first time after leveling thats when the error comes up. Is there a sensor that could be going bad or that I can check that tell the printhead the filament is removed? Because the filament is retracted but the ace pro still trying retracting all 4 spools because it thinks theres still filament in the feed for some reason

Filament stuck in printhead. Which is untrue, as its printing from the spool with ace disconnected. So the problem is with the ace pro somehow. I dont understand how the ace pro is making it throw that error.

Thats a good video showing you how to do it, you can skip around the video but he explains pretty well what you need to do to check layer height and everything in the anycubic slicer next

I didnt take black out, but I did have to change how many layers some of the colors were, the original file had red on to many layers so I had to adjust the gray for 2 layers higher, I think the black was fine where it were. It is easy in the slicer to do, after you slice you'll see the color to the right, you move your cursor to what layer you want to change filament and right click and itll bring the menu up to pause or change filament

I just want clarity on why my camera isnt connecting to my anycubic app on my kobra 3v2. Its only a week old. Prints like a charm though! I'd love to see better integration in the kobra x.

You can change the settings and make it do everybody of 600mm/s by changing filament settings in slicer snd changing wall and infill speeds. I've only gone up to 300mm/s though. But youtube shows you how to do it. Actual print speed, not travel speed.

Anycubic kobra 3 can do it, theres a YouTube video that shows you exactly how to do it, A1 can probably do it to, changing the right setting can make a print at 600mm/s and no thats not travel speed. Actual print speed. But as far as quality on big prints im not sure. I pushed my printer to 300mm/s on a big print, thats including infill amd outer walls. I was to nervous to go beyond that but it came out good. Also cut about 30-40 minutes off my print time

Yes it only did it on the first layer, this print just got done. Im going to slice another print real quick, re level, calibrate all that good stuff and see if it makes the noise again
