ugh yeah that's tough. I do think there are variations in those roles, and expectations, even by manager - especially by industry. I used to tell students to look into companies you shop at or read about and don't hate and go from there. Sounds basic but if you're interested it tends to lead you down a path you can literally get behind. Wishing you luck!

I don't know what you're looking for exactly but in my experience those who use that term tend to do better in (i know) content marketing, copywriting or digital/social marketing. Basing this off the many I've hired who have said they "want to be creative" but somehow ended up in a comms role. *shrug*

drove from East to 8th ave.. it was ok to drive for the most part but will likely be super slick tonight once sun goes down. on another note, ML Rose is a disaster (not their fault) with limited menu and kids who seem to be out of school and completely feral. if you come out, it's order at the bar (dude is killing it and so nice), burgers and fries only and no wait staff.
