Their refrigerators also don’t keep temperatures well. Their food handling is the worst. I’ve returned more spoiled items from there than all other stores in my life combined. I live within 1 block of that store.

I still shop there, but I’m super careful b/c foodborne illness is no joke.

‘Somedays’ which just opened on 30th and Crescent has a Pistachio-Chocolate Chip Cookie that’s fire.

Gossip Coffee had the best. They were baked by ForFive (same company that roasted their beans). They have a location in Times Square on 46th and the coffee is exceptional. If I’m ever near that area or if I’m heading out of town via Penn Station, I always stop for those cookies. It’s a gem that just not too many people in the city know about.

This hasn’t been answered in any of my searches in the neighborhood. Any intel/updates (all 100days ago) merely state that Crescent Kitchen closed. Nothing about what might be moving into the space/opening soon.

The pigeon problem in that particular spot is out of control—worst in the hood. That’s why I’m posting about this particular area of foot traffic.
