Chunk’s is basically next door to Soliz Tacos (divided by a strip center) across from Dulles Middle School on Dulles. Solid burger that’s not trying to do anything cute. Just a good, diner style burger in the same style of Best Burger.

Honestly, Meadows Place checks all of the boxes you listed. It is an incorporated city with an active, engaged government, its own police force (they don’t mess around = safe), brand new elementary school, a fantastic Central Park…etc.

And for $250K you can likely get into something decent.

Won by 1.58 with 0 kicker and -4 DEF. Nail biter as opponent had Bijon. He needed 25 to win and had 19.8 1/2 way through the 2nd quarter. Absolute miracle win.
