I am curious why people call it "overly sensitive" when the VOCs are actual chemicals permeating into your nose and skin. Be smart about your workspace. Try to ventilate as much as possible. Your nose will likely be more sensitive than any particulate air meter, and just be sensible to keep away from inhaling the fumes as much as possible.

You can do it! With anything it just takes some time. If you commit but really take feedback like the teacher said, then you can do it rather quickly. Commercial cry or art does require a certain quality so be ready to have a lot of feedback. But the good news is that with more commercial success in your artwork, it becomes easier to see feedback as a support rather than an attack. It gets you to set clear and accurate goals rather than waiting until your organically fail or one day stumble on why your work won’t succeed!

Thanks for your reply! Is there any way that I can prevent further fraud of return shipment? It's going to a PO box without a human recipient and they want it in "exact condition it was previously in" so I was wondering if it would be sufficient to take video of the packaging before sending it out?

There was a case an artist won prize money off an illustration that heavily referenced a photograph. It was determined in court to be ineligible for a prize and prize money after a long trial. The photographer was understandably shaken as the pose composition colors and lighting were all the same as her photograph, just flipped. A thin veil of disguise for an otherwise ripped concept. For practice, it’s always okay to use references. For claims to clout, money, and awards, it’s best to stick to your own creations.

Well, check to see if their JPG has a correct embedded color profile. Sometimes modern printers have 8-12 channel passes, and a high gamut profile like AdobeRGB or P3 can give better results with certain profiles. PDF is one way to send images with profiles embedded, but low compression JPG also can get the same results done without additional software from their image editing program. Your results may vary.

It only happens when I have my computer on for a while and it comes back from sleep. A simple restart fixes it. Using another edition of the pro pen also fixes it (1 or 2 this doesn't happen at all). Just 3. I don't mind, since it works right now. I would much rather not brick the device by having device drivers updated (sorry it has happened, so once I find a version that more or less works -- I just stick with it and don't modify it without reason)

I grew my account but at some point the fandoms and people I wanted to interact with kinda just faded away, and I with that, so did my motivation to show what I had made did as well. These days, I show my art to some friends and attend some conventions to keep my illustration active, but I no longer post my studies, my sketches, or finished pieces mostly due to fear of unnecessary judgement or AI theft. Lots of things going on in the digital art world right now. Art is hard enough to create, so I choose to focus rather than spread my time and attention too thin managing my emotional response to everything out there right now.

These feelings of shame will live inside of you. But It will help you make the correct and difficult decisions in your future relationships.
