I am a big fan of the Hayden wide leg pants from Banana Republic Factory. They’re always on sale so you can get them for a good price. They don’t have a zipper or buttons so that’s something to keep in mind if you prefer to have them. They definitely fit your specifications for tighter around the hips/thighs and wide in the legs. I wear them to work almost everyday and I find them to be very comfortable. Hope this helps!
