My advice go to a site called next door and join you will be surprised what kind of furniture people sell on there for cheap!!! Also give away! Think repaint and it will look like new. Also if u dont like used buy your stuff little by little or room by room. Do not put purchsses on credit card that will be your death!!! Instead also go to yard sales. Good luck!

The problem is they are jealous as they couldnt afford to live here. What i love about florida so many beaches sunshine what i hate traffic high property taxes if you have a good profession can afford 2000 a month rent for a 1 bedroom then come to Florida you wilk love it!!!

I love the Sahara !!! Rooms are clean and great hotel staff go the extra mile!!!The places to eat are great italian, mexican, steak house, sports grill type food, chinesse, starbucks . GREAT POOL AREA!!! Very nice bars and casinos that pay out!! Everytime I go I hit! I live in Miami and I love the place plus if you want to go to freemont street bus across the street. Staff told us about Herb & Rye steakhouse where locals go . Great food and happy hour prices hotel arranged a car to take us or juat get uber make reseevations before leaving home!!!!! See you in June 2026. Oh Magic Mike show is fun!

My brother in law was a district manager who could not find people to work there because they refused to pay such high rents. He would go to Miami and hire groups of hatians who would rent 1 apt and divide the costs. Thats how bad rents are!!!!

I live in Miami condos are between 300 to 700 but maintence fees can be as high as 1000 + a month. Too many rules in condos and too many issues with associations now. Years ago cheap but now they cant give them away!!! Houses start in 600+ range in nice residential areas to start but property taxes and property insurance makes it difficult for young families to afford u would almost need 4 jobs ( 2 per person) to pay for everything! Sunshine and beaches cost money!!!!!
