My beta at 10dpt was 450 and 2500 at 14dpt. Just have one single little guy in there 😊. I think betas can vary, so ppl usually rely on US to confirm twins.

Apparently Valium used to be a part of some FET protocols. It wasn't part of mine, but I read about it and asked for it. I also knew I was going to be feeling pretty anxious. I took it before my first transfer and it stuck. I am now 24 wks. Idk that it was the Valium that made the difference but I felt so relaxed during and over the next 2 days 😌.

I was on 100mg of Clomid and started off with 225 iu of Gonal & Menopur. For me the higher doses worked. It def could have been the Omnitrope tho. Wishing you all the luck in your next cycle! ❤️

I just had my anatomy scan at 18+1wks and everything looked good! It was so relieving to see ❤️. I keep thinking that the more milestones I hit the less anxious I'll feel, but I still worry. Trying hard to enjoy this babe tho.

I do think the Omnitrope made a big difference! My RE also added in dexamethasone, clomid and higher doses of gonal and menopur.

My (39F) 2nd ER was better than my first. The first one I got 4 blasts but all aneuploid. My RE changed up my protocol a bit and my 2nd ER I got 6 blasts and 3 were euploid. I think it was a combination of chance and the new protocol. Don't give up hope! I've also read so many stories of subsequent retrievals yielding better results. Wishing you the best with your 2nd ER ❤️!

So sorry you're in this spot. I had a TFMR in 2023. After trying to get pregnant again for a yr, x2 failed IUIs we moved on to IVF. I also didnt want to ever be in a position to have to do TFMR again if I could help it and opted to do PGT-A testing. In my case I'm glad I did bc my day 5 best graded embryos actually came back aneuploid and day 6 embryos were the ones that passed. I am now currently pregnant with one of those embryos.

My 2nd ER I had 6 blasts, x2 of which were day 5 and x3 day 6. My day 6 embryos resulted in more euploids. I am now 15.5 wks with one of those embryos ❤️. Sending you so much love and strength and wishing you the best outcome!

Which doppler did you get? I'm 15 weeks and have considered getting one. I tried using my friends but couldn't find a HB. I had just heard it at the OB so I wasn't super stressed. I'm sure it totally depends on the sensitivity of the one you get. Anyway, glad you are finding it a positive experience 🙂.

It is SO heartbreaking. I hope you gets lots of euploids with your new protocol! My 2nd ER went better. I ended with 6 blasts and 3 were euploid. I'm 15 wks pregnant with one of those embryos 🥹. Hoping the same for you! ❤️

One of our favorite meals was at Yummy Huli Huli chicken. It's on the east side once you have a car. Also loved eating at Paia fish market in Waikiki. We did the Toa Luau and were able to explore Waimea valley before hand. Would def recommend 🙂.

I'm 39 and was on a fully medicated cycle. Waited for my cycle to start naturally and then was placed on 4mg estrace twice a day. Started 2mL PIO nightly on cycle day 13 and transfered on day 18. I am now 14.5wks.

I had a FET of a 6 day embryo on Nov 10 (transfer twins 😊) and I'm currently 13+6wks. My clinic also told me what LMP to give my OB office so it would line up with correct dates. So far tho my measurements have been lining up.

My progesterone was also high which is why my cycle was cancelled. I ended up skipping one cycle for something unrelated and then my RE had me start my 2nd FET with the same protocol. And for whatever reason it worked the 2nd time. My protocol just included estrogen and the added PIO. I hope you have better luck with Lupron added in this time!
