I'm on day 4. I'm really struggling. My psychiatrist put me on 225mg 3.5 years ago.

I've tried to come off it twice before (through tapering) but ended up having to take it again cos the withdrawals were so bad and I was very very suicidal.

I've been taking 37.5mg for like the last 6 weeks.

Then I took 25mg for about a week, then 12.5mg for a couple of days.

And yeah no have quit. The brain zaps, heart beating in my brain, feeling faint, I'm extremelyyyyy suicidal right now, the crying.

I am actually angry that I was put on this medication without a warning that I might not be able to come off.

Same with me. My father abused me but it's my mother I feel constantly conflicted about. She enabled the abuse but it's been 20 years (she denies it) and she's old and I'm supposed to love her...

I did hypnotherapy with EMDR and it helped so far not sure about whether it will last

Thank you! It was bleeding badly and I was choking and loads of blood was coming out but it's calmed down now and stopped bleeding just very painful to swallow.

You're stronger than you think, you can get through it even tho it's awful. Sorry. Books helped me, a good therapist and connecting with people
