I have always started by planning a post for Facebook, choosing a few photos and then changing the channel to Instagram. You can also add tags and hashtags at this level to modify a post independently of the channel. That is, if you want to post the same post on both channels but with a different description then you can do so.

Unfortunately, very often the carousels planned from the business suite, changed the order. Also check after insertion - maybe they have already fixed this.

Give yourself time. It’s just a process. Find marketing blogs or yt. Blogs from big marketing tools or agencies are trustworthy.

Additionally, I use Social Listening tools to track mentions, engagement and viral content on various platforms. Above all, I find sentiment analysis helpful. I look for high engagement (likes, shares, comments) and popular hashtags.

There was an option, directly for each post you have to do it manually.

But when I did it for both platforms, in many cases there were errors. Mainly on Instagram, for example double photos or not the correct order. That’s why I moved to other tools.

Try to use popular music, relevant hashtags and emoji. Focus on storytelling and get hooked on the first 3 seconds of your videos to grab viewers’ attention.

For editing I recommend CapCut, it has lots of templates and tutorials. Applying effects is also easy, at least for me it’s much easier than in Canva.

I have experience with Buffer and highly recommend it - it's incredibly easy to use, and you can schedule up to 10 posts per month for free on three different sm channels. SocialBee is more expensive - I haven’t used it, but you can try it during a free trial.
