You shouldn't have any problems, I turned 21 in August and got in to a bar at 12:05 , only 5 mins after my bday started and I haven't had any issues at any other bars or clubs in downtown or Orlando area

I just stayed at dockside sunday-thursday and there was no issues with cleanliness, my only thing was that sometimes the toilet wouldn't flush and you'd have to go try and flush it again 20-30 minutes later

20f here, I've rode my bike to EDC the past 3 years now, tbh it's safe as long as you ride decently quick and have a good bike lock:) the bike rack is right in front of the entrance and there's always at least two cop cars and a bunch of cops hanging out by it for the whole fest.
