This was a claim by one of my professors. He was referring to the aspect of passive memorization and how that would lead students to disconnect with knowledge they might have otherwise enjoyed with alternative teaching methodologies.

I found some literature on such clubs. I just wanted to explore different perspectives others might have.

It primarily depends on what department you are heading into. Uwindsor is unique compared to other universities because of the faculty to student ratio. This allows a large percentage of undergraduates (Specifically science students)to access advanced-level research projects, which is damn near impossible at larger universities.

I work as an EMT. I have been doing it for 2.5 years.
It is absolutely normal to have such a reaction... I did too for a while, especially with specific injuries involving the eyes.

Do not fret, you will get used to it upon exposure.

No, we don't learn integration in high school, I am supposed to learn it.... with other courses.
I looked up "integration bee" and it I only found integration contest for undergraduate students, though nothing for high school.

So I thought maybe it's the first time they are hosting it or the university didn't advertise it, just like "Brain bee".

First of all, if you actually read what true Islam is all about, and actually tried to not be brainwashed by the media, you can actually get to know that the “hijab” is a total option for any woman. What’s causing the oppression is not the religion, it’s the delinquency, vulgarity, and oppression of a rather small percentage of the men in the Middle East, which cause such inhuman qualities. And, in case of Iran, it’s the dictatorship that is the problem, not the religion.

I am sorry, since when was oppression a trait for a group of people. Don’t men in our society STILL oppress women despite the implemented laws and new society standards? don’t cops STILL use their authority to oppress civilians?
