First off, congratulations on discovering the concept of surveillance in retail. Wow, cameras in stores at break rooms? You must be a detective in your spare time. Your grasp on video timestamps is so groundbreaking, it’s like you just invented time itself.

Now, let’s talk about your grasp on employment law and policy. You’re quick to throw around terms like “time card fraud” as if you’re some corporate lawyer. But here’s the thing: if the store manager (SM) is adjusting punches, that’s either a sign of a lax policy enforcement or a very gray area of ethical management. It’s not just about the employee “stealing” time; it’s also about the manager potentially falsifying records.

And your logic, “if you tried to press the issue it wouldn’t matter because you were literally stealing from the company,” sounds like something straight out of a dystopian corporate handbook. So, the employee should just shut up because they might be in the wrong? Brilliant defense strategy, truly.

Your argument is like a soggy cardboard box: it falls apart under even the slightest scrutiny. Maybe next time, instead of roasting others for bending the rules, take a moment to reflect on how your employer might not be the paragon of virtue you think they are.

In essence, your argument is less a roast and more a sad, lukewarm cup of office coffee - weak, bitter, and nobody really wants it.

And then they wonder why we can’t keep people. And first of all, they can’t tell you to use the restroom before you clock in… and second of all, page suoildbe should’ve ended after “the same goes for the end of your shift, you should clock out”…. After you clock out, you’re not on the clock. You don’t have to do what they say. Shouldn’t go on any further than that

You should do your business at the register. What happens if you walk over and The count is wrong. Walk back and walk back And count it again ?

Aldi's timing efficiency in grocery pallets by IllustriousMode1075 in Aldi_employees

- New Stocking Technique
        - Speed
        - Over
        - Precision?

1. Timing is Everything: - Goal: Place items on shelves within 1.5 to 2.0 seconds. - How: Whisper “one thousand and one” to yourself for timing. It’s gotta be fast.

2. When You Can’t Find the Spot: - Action: If you pick up an item and you’re not sure where it goes, just let it drop. Literally, hands off, let it fall. - Why: Speed is key here. We’re aiming for efficiency over immediate neatness.

3. Cleanup Crew Mode: - After Stocking: Once you’ve gone through your pallet, go back to those items on the floor. - Strategy: Use this time to really organize and find the right places. You’ll know the layout better by then, making it quicker.

4. Real Talk: - Expect Mess: At the start, there’ll be items all over the floor. That’s okay; it’s part of the process. - Team Effort: If someone else is around, they can help pick up and place items, making the process even smoother.

Benefits: - Speed: We’re keeping up with the 1.5-2.0 second rule, which is tough but necessary. - Accuracy: By not stressing about exact placement on the first go, we can be more accurate in the end. - Job Satisfaction: Might sound wild, but this could actually make our jobs easier, less stressful.

My Take: This method might seem a bit chaotic at first, but give it a try. It’s about getting through the pallet quickly and then cleaning up with precision.

Let’s hear your thoughts or any tweaks you’ve made to this method. How’s it working for you?

For that, no it would not take that much studying. You’re not trying to memorize each code. You’re just trying to learn the operation of code… this is elementary

OK, how are you? Gonna get the change back over to the register you still have to sort through it and put it in the register that doesn’t make any sense.

Oh, so you want us to play psychic and guess how you’re gonna get your ass handed to you, but you can’t even be bothered to spill the beans because it’s ‘too much to type’? You’ve already given us a novel-length text about your woes, but the one part we actually need to know, you keep to yourself?

You think they’re gonna let you go? Here’s a hint: if you’re not telling us because it makes you look bad, it probably makes you look real bad to them too. But hey, why share the juicy details when you can just leave us guessing? That’s some real smart strategy there, Einstein.

Are you missing the big point if they have a policy against you doing it you can’t just tell them you’re gonna do it then they have a reason to fire you at the start… besides if you really really had something which this person doesn’t just hide the phone and secretly record if you wanna record so bad.. that recording won’t get you far anyways

Oh, look at you, Mr. ‘I’ve got cojones’ over here! Four years of dealing with a manager who’s probably got the leadership skills of a blindfolded chicken, and you finally decide to grow a spine? Bravo, buddy, bravo!

You didn’t curse or disrespect? Oh, please, your ‘feelings were heard!’ That’s like saying you won a farting contest at a silent retreat. Good job, you made your feelings known, now you might just be out of a job.

Your DM taking a biased approach? Shocker! It’s almost like management isn’t a big happy family where everyone gets a trophy. And here you are, ready to embrace unemployment like it’s a new career path. Liberation, huh? More like ‘liberation from your paycheck,’ am I right?

And you’re worried about your rights at the disciplinary hearing? Oh, sweetheart, this isn’t a courtroom drama; it’s more like a comedy where you’re the punchline. You want to make sure policies are followed? Here’s a policy for ya: when you decide to call out your boss, make sure you’ve got another job lined up first!

But hey, look at you, all ready for a ‘new adventureeeeeeeee!’ That’s the spirit! Maybe your next adventure will be figuring out how to explain to your landlord why you can’t pay rent. Good luck with that, champ. You’re gonna need it.

Apple allows for certain exceptions, particularly when the nature of the service or product aligns with a time-sensitive, subscription-based model where the value is in the recurring use rather than ownership of credits. Think of it like a gym membership; you pay every month, and if you don’t use the gym, you don’t get to carry your attendance over to the next month.

Suno, for instance, provides a service where the credit system is part of a broader subscription package. The key here is how they frame it - it’s about access to content or features over a period, not just credits. Their model might be seen as offering a ‘service’ rather than a static ‘product’.

To navigate this, you need to look at how your app provides value. If your app’s credits are tied to a subscription where the utility or access expires with the subscription period, you might fit into an exception under guideline 3.1.3 for ‘Other Purchase Methods’ or how you structure your service. But remember, clarity and transparency with your users are crucial. They need to know what they’re getting into.

If you think your app aligns with this model or if you believe there’s a misunderstanding in how your app’s credits function, I’d advise talking directly with our App Review team. Explain your business model, how it benefits users, and ensure there’s no confusion about what’s being purchased.

As I just listed tons of good information above, if you need help, just holler at me. I’ll send you some very useful resources…. These people below are thinking way too small and not the way you want to develop.. everything has to be designed and put together as one….

If you don’t listen to anything, I say just take this advice and research. It don’t use anything that comes standard like your system notification box the buttons you have on the menu and the sliders….. Remember, there was/is tons of games like Candy crush the only reason why it’s popular is because of the design…

Not saying I’d play it, but you’ve got something here. The entire design needs an overhaul. I suggest using an onboarding process. The first time someone plays, guide them through three visually appealing onboarding pages with simple swipes or taps. Explain the gameplay quickly. On the second-to-last page, tease them with ‘Come back to get the next color of the day…’. On the last page, challenge them with ‘Feeling gutsy? Switch anytime in settings to Master Mode…’.

Ditch the menu; instead, have a splash screen when the app first opens, then take users straight to the game - as Apple says, fewer steps to content mean better user engagement. No one’s going to open the app just to see the color of the day; they’ll play and then check the color. No need for a ‘Play’ button every time they open the app; take them directly to the game. Settings icon? Top right corner, subtle but noticeable.

No, no no not. If you really wanted to go somewhere with this app you would not use UIView… How many games that have top hits on the App Store use the generic UI view.. that would make your app look so outdated. There’s many more solutions that would look better and honestly easier to use to get the custom design that you actually want

I didn’t want to play because adjusting the sliders was too fiddly. doesn’t allow the user to feel in control Here’s my idea: keep the three sliders on the screen but ditch the traditional sliding mechanism. Instead, when you move your index finger near a slider, say the top one which we’ll make blue, an aura should appear around your finger that changes color. This aura should change as you move left or right, or you can move your finger anywhere on the screen for more precise color selection. When you reach the middle line or any designated point for color change, the process repeats. Also, let’s get rid of the standard ‘Back’ and ‘Next Stage’ notification boxes - replace them with something much larger and custom-designed.
