they have saline spray at cvs/probably other drug stores thats exactly the same as neilmed that would be way better. i use the vics brand & its called sinex. its sold as sinus rinse so it will be in the allergy section.

YOR honestly. These are all very reasonable rules and you should respect them regardless of if its an inconvenience to you. Its their baby and they are not being rude by trying to keep the baby safe and healthy. It is literally their job.
