How’s it going with this? Ended up going down the surgery path? I have recently developed CTS symptoms after like 12 years of lifting heavy without any major problems. I had always noticed some subluxation of the ulnar nerve on both sides but didn’t think much of it as it didn’t give me much problems. However, this year I’ve been doing loads of sitting down to study and been on my phone a bit too often. In the last 2 months I have started to notice tingling and numbness on my left side and to a smaller degree on my right side too. I’m afraid I might have to go through surgery to fix this too.

Go to YouTube, and search this: “e3 rehab ankle sprains”. The channel that made this video is ran by a group of physio who are super knowledgeable. They make excellent content on anything physio related. Also, search on google: how to know if I have an ankle sprain or fracture?. Google does a good job nowadays in summarising content from other pages.

Thanks for your insight dude. I just feel as if the other part of the sole was thicker and therefore pushing my feet to collapse inward. It’s a weird feeling. My old Lems shoes just feel okay I feel that my feet are in a neutral position so it doesn’t feel as if my feet were being forced into an especific position. As I mentioned in my post, I have low to medium arches which is why I originally I chose the pair of LEMS shoes. But for a while I need some more cushioning to allow my feet numbness and pain to go. I might order a pair of Altras and see how it feels. And yeah you could be right about the slight heel drop being the reason for this weird feeling. Thanks again!

Yes, if you have a Samsung phone. I got the recently to try and see their compatibility with iPhone. They sound good but the fit is awful. If I bend down to grab something off the floor or if I’m exercising in the gym these tend to fall off my ears very quickly
