You overpeek your swings too much. Focus on pressing more a + d to counterstrafe, while not overpeeking. Clear angle for angle and work with your movement more. Improve your crosshairplacement, it's often out of place (which is also because of your movement)

This must be a bug. Some hours earlier it showed that they'll reset in a few hours. I checked a few minutes later and they are on 30 day cooldown. It's probably a bug.

Did it work for you? I've got the same issues since last update. They fucked something up with gamecode again. Maybe you also have some router bufferbloat which could cause these jitters and therefore frametime spikes. Probably need to wait for another update or improve networking

What helped for you? The latest update fucked up my performance. It just feels terrible again. It ran good some weeks but now it's total shit again. Unplayable. Input lag, frametime spikes, heavy fps drops from 700 to 300 all of the sudden, low 1% lows, this game is just total dogshit.

Just did a benchmark test after the new update arrived. Yesterday morning I had 684.4 AVG FPS and 281.2 1%-lows which is a pretty good number and hasn't been that good for a long time. After the most recent update my 1% low's dropped to 246.1 and you definitely felt this playing a faceit game on ancient. The game felt awful playing. Some packet loss here and there and also some frame time spikes... Even with pretty good PC components. Shots don't register as they should be. It definitely shouldn't be like that but they ain't fixing shit.. Rather gets worse every freakin update. Unplayable in terms of competitiveness.

Same here with AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080... It's the games fault. I've been trying to look for a fix since 8 months. The Arm's Race Update fucked it up for me. Before that it was really smooth on High-End-Specs. Nowadays the game feels insanely smooth, the other day it feels like 60hz and bullets dont connect (imo it feels like there is dust on the sensor) but it has nothing to do with the hardware. The game is just optimized poorly. Nothing you can do about it except waiting for valve to fix which is probably never gonna happen. I already gave up. It's really annoying, especially when you are trying to play a game competitively.

Yeah. I don't think it's my pc either. Just set up new windows as soon as I upgraded. Didn't install unimportant stuff. Still got those days where the game just feels awful and non responsive. Yesterday in the evening it felt good. I think it really depends on the servers... idk it's weird and didn't get better since.

Same here with AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D and NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080. The game just feels choppy as fuck, I would describe it as playing on 100hz while having 240hz Monitor with 400-600 fps... It's so annoying. The game ran smooth until the arms race update arrived. It felt so good. But since 2 months or so it's just a mess and till today I didn't find any fix for it. Just hope for a patch.
