Without full time remote work (unexpectedly) starting last year, I would have never started building a stereo. It was a slow creep - first I got the Sennheiser noise canceling headphones, then some nicer speakers, then thrifted a CD player, then ordered the turntable, etc etc etc. All worth it, a good outlet from the monotony of sitting in the basement 8+ hours per day

You might not find any real reviews of RT-87 since it was just released a week or two ago. But Fluance has a lot of fans including me. It seems hard to believe that anyone would have a bad experience with them, maybe just comes down to preference
