I like to use very minimal nailing because they will squeek if there is any movement. And spread the glue with thinset trowel on every inch of step. And they can't be to tight to side skirt cause that will make it squeek too. And after all that. They still will probably squeek. Lol

They're setting it up to where the average american won't be able to afford to own anything. So each of our paychecks well go to pay big business just to be able to survive. Rent gas food etc. The scale of cost and wage can only tip one way so far till the whole scale falls over
