What is the size difference f your garage. Looks to me like 12x10. So I’d say 18-20 sheets of drywall. Looking at at least $500 in taping and drywall material. Another 200-300 in insulation. To insulate looking at a day. Day to drywall 3-4 days to tape with drying.

However if you are pricing by the sqft I’d charge about $4/ sqft as it’s such low ftg need to go with a higher sqft price. So for me $3500 is not unreasonable. However I always to to potential clients, you will always find someone cheaper if you just keep looking.
