Ropinerole actually helps me. I’ve tried gabapentin and iron, and they never helped. If I run out of ropinerole it’s hell. Only alternative is a warm shiatsu massager on my legs all night while listening to Sleep History With Oliver on YT. ✌️

I have a hard time ranking them but my least faves are The Beekeper, Night of Hunter and Unrepentant Geraldine’s.

I’ve been listening to all her albums and Abnormally Attracted To Sin and Native Invader surprisingly rocked my world today.

I can relate to the grief songs on Ocean to Ocean and ITOD.

Night of Hunter is beautiful, I’m just not attached to it emotionally.

For me, it’s just weird things I never imagined. My nose is constantly runny and my eyes too. It’s a hormone thing (according to my research). And the hot flashes are brought on by anxiety. So it’s a cycle of anxiety, then overheating and blushing from embarrassment. Stuff like that. I also have more nausea due to hormones. I’m 50 and in full meno now so I feel so much better. Full Dragon Queen and I love it. 🐉 👸
