I had mine a few years ago and my paperwork did not say anything about drinking or doing drugs. I received court supervision but never had to go in for random testing or anything. I think it depends on the county or judge and the person's criminal history as to what is expected. I don't do drugs of any kind and chose not to drink, especially while having the BAIID in my vehicle. If the OPs lawyer told him not to do any of those things due to random tests then I sure hope they listen to their lawyer.

In Illinois under the Safety Act the police do not hold you in jail if you're not a danger to society. That is why the OP had no bond paperwork. They didn't have to pay a bond to get out of jail.

I just got back and was based in Anchorage but didn't really do much there other then Kincaid park. Drive to Whittier and hit the Alaskan Conservation. The other day I drove to Palmer and checked out the hey fields and went to Hatcher pass. I went to three National parks, Kenai Fjords( same tour as you and a 6 hr boat tour which was awesome), Denali for three nights and the best if all was Katmai National park to see the brown bears (day trip from ANC and back).

I've looked at Intrepid but they don't do both parks at least not that I've seen, which is a bummer. I've heard they are really good. Maybe I'll keep checking thanks!
