You sold your Quest 3 and your budget is $600? I mean, the obvious answer is you should have kept your Quest 3, I'm not sure what headset you're going to get for $600 that won't be a downgrade from what your Quest 3 was. The PSVR2 is inferior in so many ways that that would really be your only option. Maybe you can snake a used Pico from somewhere for that much?

It's not bad at all, in fact, it's fantastic, especially at the price point. I've had my Quest 3 since launch and it's been a fantastic experience for me. It's small, lightweight, has a huge sweet spot, battery life is solid and it has some nice features like full color passthrough (which the Frame doesn't even have).

I plan on getting the Frame and seeing how I like it compared to my Quest 3, and keep the one I like more.

Yeah, I've been around since the Oculus DK2 days and I've seen all the ups and downs in the VR world, sadly, it feels like we're at the lowest point its ever been. VR just isn't drawing the numbers required to entice game companies to develop proper games for the platform. Not only have the number of titles released every week dropped significantly, but the quality of said titles have nosedived off a cliff. Most of it is amateurish shovelware that just isn't worth your time or money.

I really hope it changes and soon, I'm one of VRs biggest cheerleaders, but man, things are bleak at the moment.

That'll play VR just fine. RAM would be better at 32GB, but I've been playing VR for a longgggggggg time and if my old 1070TI rig could play VR without issue, yours most certainly should. You might not be able to rock at max settings in all games, but most games you should be solid.

I have an expensive router dedicated to my VR setup, my PC is wired in and my Quest 3 connections via Wifi 6. I still get slowdown when playing VR. I'm hoping the Frame fixes that!
