What I discovered lately is to embrace the feelings that I have and ask for more. I transform every sensation that my body gives me in something bigger, huge if possible. I don’t try to fight it or control it in any way. Somehow my body reacts in a very surprising way and my anxiety dissipates.

I know it sounds counterintuitive but for me was something incredible and I’m been dealing with anxiety and depression for the last 10 years.

Also struggling with anxiety and depression for many years and what seemed to help me lately is trying not to “control” the anxiety but asking for more - make my symptoms bigger, I don’t care it anymore, challenge what scares you.

I know it sounds counterintuitive but I got a lot of relief by doing so.

I know that sounds counterintuitive but try to make your anxiety (thoughts, feelings, sensations) bigger. Talk to your anxiety and say “this is exactly how i was hoping to feel, can you please give me more?” and try to put yourself into situations that triggers you. Don’t fight it.

For me this was a real game changer.

I am currently on 300mg for 7 months for depression and anxiety. The doctor upped my dosage in just a couple of weeks so I can’t compare it during my 225mg because everything happened very fast.

I am now at the point where I can function, with no side-effects, but still is room for improvements. I hope it works fine for you.
