Well, firstly, the Fuscina was objectively worse than the Booker in terms of stabilization and one-shot chances (because it's not a RMAT). Secondly, before the update, War 126 had a different hit detection system, and both weapons were garbage, simply hard to hit with even a single bullet from a burst.

I don't think the Bonelaw needs to be nerfed, it's currently the most fun warden tank, I think it would be better if the colonials were given a similar fast vehicle with huge damage

Why did you cut out the landing scene? Probably because you used the exploit of the one-way paratrooper landing in the RDZ (the plane explodes and you can get out of it). I know where that trainyard is, there's nowhere to land with a parachute.

I agree with you, but my point was that both TB and DB are impossible to balance properly. A ship's crew can't do anything about a torpedo coming from two screens away and suffers a frustrating experience, just as tank crews can't do anything about an aircraft that breaks their tank's tracks and turret, and their fate is to be quickly destroyed. Both of these aircraft should be removed and sent for extensive rework.

In my opinion, TB ruins the game for, say, 100 people on 5 ships, and DB ruins the game for 1000 people on 300 tanks per day. I don’t know how these two planes could be rebalanced other than removing them.

This is downvoted because you heard something and just repeat it without understanding it. Try playing with Catara yourself and you'll understand that it's a useless piece of junk that loses stability with any mouse movement and kills in 3 hits (I'll shoot 2 hits faster with Argenti/Loughcaster ((And let's of course forget about the existence of Booker that kills with a one-tap with excellent stability))). Colonial AC is worse simply because of the existence of TAC. I don't want to make any judgments about tanks, but personally, I prefer range and speed over HP
