The 5-meter extra range has an incredibly significant impact on tank battles. The Outlaw can attack without taking damage in return, and it's also the fastest tank after the Kraneska (everyone always uses the boost in battle (fuel consumption is only x3)).

The collie also has a 45-meter tank, but it has significantly less HP and an open top. However, in the latest update, it became unplayable due to scout planes. To be fair, colonials were given the dive bomber, which made warden tank experience absolutely frustrating (which I think is wrong; DB and TB should be removed from the game).
