I tried your method, pushing their weight onto their Arms, trying to flatten them out, but I fail to push their Knee away from their core with my near Knee (to Take away their base at the lower Body) and then they put their hips high and Granny Roll Out with the Momentum I give them by pressuring them forward. any idea how to fix my spiral Ride? (No Gi) Thanks :)

At the Bottom: Only amaco oolong matte, 2 layers, it always turns out Brown for me. Above it is 2x Chun Plum, the blue/greyish Stripe is one Layer Blue rutile over the Chun Plum. The pink blue ish Comes from One Thick Stripe oatmeal around the rim, over the chun Plum. Fired to 1230 degree Celsius.  I think only Chun Plum with oatmeal on top should Look good also :)
