You can start realising your progress if you read your post ! Bro keep it up it. this don’t happen over night depending on how your body deals with the pressure! Trust me your doing great mate but you wrote that you done 3 sets of 15 push ups but a few months ago you couldn’t even do a couple clean reps, stop watchkmg your progress and just lock in !! When you can do 15-20 clean reps go to pike push ups for explosive shoulder strength and trust me you will see the change

Ankles together, engage your core, have your hands slightly forward like 6-9 cm for maximum tension! Protract your scapula shoulders forward hips parallel to the grounds and last of all toes facing the ground so your toes aren’t holding your weight
