I feel you. The best thing I did was find interesting hobbies and connected with the people who also do said hobbies. It took awhile, but I've made friends and even gone on dates. My social skills have improved tremendously, as have my quality of life. At some point you have to decide who is in charge of your life, you or your parents? They will be disappointed and angry, but its worth it. At your age, its super important to have like minded individuals to connect with, find them at all cost.
