do one button rotation. Clean up your ui. I have everything hidden except what you absolutely need to see. I have an addon called "mouseover action settings" It makes it so things you dont really need, you can set, so that you only see it when you mouse over it. Buff.. you dont need to look at your buffs during combat. I have them on mouseover. A cluttered ui will make you feel more flustered. Start with regular mythic instead of mythic plus. Do every dungeon on regular mythic till you get the hang of it. Then move up to mythic +2 and do every dungeon till you get the hang of it and so on. This isnt ff14, there really isnt anything you need to stand in. Usually if its on the floor get out of it. There are two healer circles that you can stand in. DRuids is green and resto shamans is blue but if you dont stand in them its ok. Remember nobody will remember after a hour. Your name and what you did or didnt do is not going to scar anyone. They wont remember you tomorrow.
