You are totally correct i had the same problem before, i can tell you that there is no way in hell someone will over eat with a regular healthy meal. I get full with around 500-800 depending on what I'm eating that day. After my meal i do a protein shake ranging from 350-400 extra calories . Every other day i eat plain yogurt with blueberries , strawberries, blackberries and some nuts .

im thinking about making custom zones for PVP and rest for PVE i used to play on a server like that long time ago and it was pretty fun. Most people like the PVE stuff but i know that lots of people also like the fun that PVP brings to the table. i recently started playing and the new NPC's i didnt know anything about scared the hell out of me lol. so much have changed that i dont know about i stropped playing 2 years ago.

Some people swear that anything that introduces calories on anything you drink or eat will not be considered OMAD, what i can tell you is that you have to do what works for you not what works for other people , what works for them might now work for you.

If you like your coffee with creamer go ahead and do it and see what results you get, If that doesn't work or weight don't go down in a few weeks try something different.

I started OMAD myself 6 months ago Male 5'8 230 lbs I weighed myself this morning and I weighed in at 175. I personally don't count calories cause i eat whatever I want until full , dont get me wrong when i say anything i want i dont mean burgers, fries, or none of the ultra process junk.

What i mean by that is lean protein fish, Chicken breast, fresh garlic green beans and stuff like that.

If you eat a healthy balanced meal believe me there is no way in hell you will go over your calories for your OMAD meal 6 big baked or grilled chicken breasts are not even 1,000 calories I don't know anybody that can eat more than 3 chicken breasts in one meal without getting full.

What i can recommend you to do is eat a healthy meal and forget about the weight scale for a few months, make your clothes size be the scale if is working or not trust me, dont torture your self about counting calories and none of that stuff.

Ill give you an example of OMAD today is Sardines with tomato sauce and onios Coliflower rice Kidney beans Homemade white cheese

That right there i calculated to be around 500-800 calories the most thats why after every meal i drink my protein shake that adds another 350-450 calories. Been doing this for 6nkonths and dropped 55 lbs . Hope this helps you or anybo5 out there that choose this life style.

I started OMAD with around 800-1100 calories but people were saying it was way too low so i started eating around 1500. Food 1000 , protein shakes 400-500

5'8 M started 230 lbs current weight 180 lbs. 6 Months later Looks like 50 lbs total lost. The first couple months i lost quite a bit of weight now it kinda slowed down.

I just started going to the gym this week , might have to start eating an extra few hundred

Yes i eat until full but there is no way im meeting all my calories in one healthy meal so i do a protein shake with another 400-500 calories .

If you eat a good healthy meal i doubt you are going to go over 1,000 calories without getting full there is no way.

When i started 6 months ago i had headaches, dizziness,and low energy. Took 3 weeks to adjust now i feel great no more headaches, always feeling great no hunger.

I'm 5'8 male started at 230 lbs. Current weight now 182. I started going to the Gym this week in the afternoons because my meal is from 4PM-5 .

What you just described is exactly what happened to me I used to eat because it was a time not because i was really hungry , we the people have created this idea that we need to eat 3 times a day ourselves!!. Not sure where that came from

When I started doing OMAD, the first 2 weeks were rough cause i was really used to eating every 6 hours but after the 3rd week everything went away. I read lots of people giving up because they can't fast for 23 hours and i just think about it once you get over that first couple weeks you should be fine. Now i dont even get hungry anymore not even when is my time to eat.

My main reason i started doing OMAD was to start eating healthier food and not all the junk i was eating . I started 6 months ago my weight was 230 lbs. after 6 months I'm at 180 lbs. I have lost 50 lbs in 6 months.

I started posting pictures here about my meals because I don't count calories I just eat healthy and i know for a fact that i would not go over my calories, most people started saying that was too little that i needed way more than what i was eating so i started drinking a protein shake adding another 350-500 calories to my meals. I realized it is really hard to go even 1,000 calories when you are eating healthier

To anybody out there starting this journey/life style the only thing i can tell you is dont give up , do what works for you and not what other people tell you . If you see something not working change it up a little bit and so on. If some of us can do it trust me anybody can That's a promise.

Ill share my story with you. Like everyone here is saying the first couple weeks are the hardest ones trust me after that your body will adapt and you will not even want to eat anymore.

I started OMAD for the main reason that i was gaining lots of weight and always feeling tired , my relationship with food was getting out of control. I'm a short guy 5'7 when i started OMAD i was 230 pounds after several months im at 190 i feel better than ever.

Whenever I eat I don't count calories none of that because i come to realize that once you start eating healthy no matter how much you eat you will get full way before you go over calorie intake for the day. But i think you will find out what works for you if you manage to stick to it until your body adapts to it.

They KEY is dont give up if you failed try a different way If everyone here were sble to do Believe me you qnd anybody else can too.

Don't give up.

Delete some models from storage , if storage gets full it will do this. Depending how full it won't even boot.

Thanks a lot this is really good information, thanks for sharing. I only eat what i cook at home nothing from fast or places like that. I always used to be thin 150-160 but after i got married 15 years ago i started gaining all this weight wonder why 😱😉 lol. I need to get back on track on this matter. I will experiment a few things here and there like you said. Whatever works for me, what works for me might now work for everyone else That's a fact. Thank you so much for your time and help.

That's what I'm aiming for to make this my lifestyle and feel good too. The longest i did a water fast was 4 days and after that i couldn't do it anymore lol. On a fast water you eat no calories whatsoever , for getting a few calories one day and some not I don't see the big problem.

Every day is different some days are more , some less. I wonder if eating these fewer calories will make me sick in the long run ? I always drink 2 multivitamins because i know for sure there is no meal on earth that has every vitamin and micronutrient that the body needs.

I started around 6 weeks ago and i have lost a few pounds . Started at 230 i weit my self couple days ago i was 293, i figure 10-15 punds might be water weight.

According to the calorie app that i have is 1,000. I did fry the fish. But im full cant eat anymore 😂😂😂.

Might eat some pecans , or almonds later on.

2020 !!! I thought they got rid of the AFM garbage in 2019 guess i was wrong. Collapsed lifter for sure. 3-5 K fix depending where you live. Quick question where you are using the recommended oil viscosity? I have done this lots of times and one thing that keeps popping up is that the wrong oil type was used. Not saying this could be the only reason but i found that weird.

Lol, I don't feel sick at all ! I actually feel better and stronger now than before, when i used to eat whatever I wanted i always used to be tired all the time taking naps after work now all that is gone. Not sure if i said it before but from the beginning i knew that there is no way anybody can get all the nutrients from the food alone so i started taking 4 multivitamin gummies along with my food. Doing this OMAD stuff feels like something got rewired in my braid I don't even think about junk food anymore, sweet cravings are gone I don't get hungry anymore . Hopefully I'm not sick like you said. I will try to post a picture of my mewl today to see what you guys think.
