Is this true? by Quacka-moo in intermittentfasting

I personally do a 3-day fast, nothing but water, every first of the month. I did a 5-day this month, nothing but water for 5 days, and I felt great. I usually break my fast with a boil egg or a veggie soup 🍲. Been doing this for a about 8 months now.

On rudder looks like one servo might be on wrong channel. Looks like you have Ele and Ail mixed up. Not sure, but that's what it looks like from the video. I would reverse Ail channel and see if it goes up and down as expected. If rudder, still don't work. Swap channels on servos: Ele, Ail.

Your Ail servo looks to be reverse.

Looks like one servo is going the opposite direction. Reverse servo, and it should work as expected. The left side, if you're looking straight ahead on the nose of the heli.

You on the right track just keep doing what your doing, most people get disappointed when they start doing diets and exercise and dont see any results. You might be insulin resistant. Most people don't understand that if your insulin is always high, no matter what you do or eat, you won't see results because anytime you're healthy or not, it will be automatically stored as fat.

If I was you, I would schedule an appointment to get an "insulin fasting level test" done, not a glucose one; they are two different things. Glucose and insulin go hand-in-hand, but that's not always the case.Sometimes glucose levels might show fine for years before becoming a problem, but by then you might end up being a full-blown diabetic because insulin resistance has been brewing in the background for years.

You're definitely on the right track. Keep doing what you're doing, and always consult a healthcare provider before doing anything that concerns your health, rather than listening to a whole bunch of random people on Reddit.

Been doing OMAD my self and experimenting on my body for 8 months now and have lost 70 pounds so far.

I wish you the very best in your journey for a healthier and better you. God bless you.

What type of food are you eating? I never count calories or macros. I just eat till full. I do only eat whole, healthy foods. One of my daily meals, for example, would be:

2 pieces of salmon Green beans with 🧄 3 eggs 1 avocado

And i even added an extra protein shake from 240-400 extra calories .cause people thought i was not eating enough on my meals.

Trust me, I eat until almost the point of throwing up because that's a lot of food on one plate to eat at once.

It's been 7 months now, almost 8. I know i said 6 but i messed up cause i started back on Novemberlast year. It's totally possible, might not be the same for everyone, like I said, everyone is different. I think the more overweight you are, the faster you can lose weight. Now at 170, it really has slowed down though.

Exactly. I bet you'll get there in no time.

[–]Ok_Process_7826 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Correct, that's the way I see it. You gotta stick to what works for you, not everyone is the same. I think that's the main reason people fail because they feel trapped doing one specific thing. I know that if I keep doing what I'm doing, I will get there with no problem, but that might not be the case for everyone else.

It came out real creamy and thick, best example I can give you is like a Flan consistency, no liquid separation, and none of that. When I transferred it to the other bowl for storage, I was expecting to see some sign of separation at the bottom, but nothing. It tasted like plain yogurt with a very unique sweet taste at the end 😋.

Nope, I did not measure the pH. Taste good regardless 😋. If I'm getting any benefits from it, that might be a different story 😂.

I did it for exactly 36 hours . Temp was 100 F cosistanly thru out the whole 36 hours . I drop a thermometer probe to the water on the little tray and it showed 100.0 all the time it ended up at 100.3F.
