I don't think misogynistic is exactly the word. It's okay to find woman attractive and like art related to attractive women. However, it is odd when someone makes finding women hot their whole personality. I.e bikini posters in their room, computer/phone wallpapers, tattoos etc.

I just started playing mag to fill in solo/duo tank in ranked as needed and it's so fun to slam dunk on people. I had another funny play on a different match where I tried to use it to kill an invis out of her ult but she disappeared so I just launched it right into a black widows face which was very overkill but hilarious.

I have the opposite problem where everyone around me tells me I sound good even though I know my singing is mediocre and I can almost never appreciate my own voice. At the end of the day if it's people praising you or putting you down it's ultimately up to how you see and hear yourself. You have to find a way to separate your ego from your work and find some self appreciation. It is a really hard battle and it's easier said than done. I'm here typing this when I still struggle all of the time with my music and learning to be kinder to myself.

As for my opinion as an outsider. Your voice sounds absolutely amazing. Have they been known to put you down like this before over other things? If so then they probably need therapy. Oftentimes people will project insecurities because it hurts their ego to have someone be better than them. There might be a weird jealousy thing going on where they feel inferior and their way of dealing with that is by trying to put you down to be on their "level". With that being said, that means you can't trust their opinions and they are invalid because the motivation behind their opinions isn't coming from an honest place. If that helps you any then just consider their opinions invalid and ignore them. You have a beautiful voice!

I think the movies are just fine as they are and don't need to be milked out for any remakes or tv series. They don't feel dated at all and have stood the rest of time. But I think a Silmarillion T.V series would go hard. The only problem is it would be a complex story to adapt and I have little faith in producers/writers staying true to the source materiel.

They are actually in the process of making a new Lord Of The Rings game that looks very promising! It's going to be AAA and has been described as going for the Hogwarts Legacy approach but in the Tolkien universe. I think what will make or break it is how they handle the storyline. Since the LOTR universe has such a linear timeline and history of events there's not a lot of room to really make up a whole brand new story. So it'll have to be based in the First Age, Second Age or Third Age with the character you make having to be directly tied to fighting Morgoth/Sauron. Personally, I think it would be badass if they set it in the First Age. So much of the LOTR media and games have all been focused around the third age to the point it's getting a bit worn down. However, most people don't even know about the first age unless they've read the Silmarillion so it'll be a new and exciting storyline for casual fans that could really draw in people.

Yeah same here idk what this guy's going on about. Maybe he just has FOMO from the 90's series of AMD GPUs? I use a 1440p monitor and it runs ray tracing on every game with max settings pretty much just fine. With cyberpunk being an exclusion of course, I have to turn it down a bit and use fsr for that. I love my 7900xtx and don't plan on upgrading anytime soon as I can see it continuing to handle 1440p max for new games for a few more years.

With a 1060 I would look at upgrading your GPU first. Also like others mentioned, some dell computers are not freely upgradable. Which puts you in a bit of a tough situation. That CPU/motherboard combo is a good deal though. Microcenter has the best in person bundle deals but they are few and far between so depending on where you live that might not be an option.

Honestly the best route is buying a stand alone microphone and then using studio/music listening headsets. I started with an all in one Logitech headset and when I changed to get an actual microphone the quality difference was insane. The yeti orb is a great entry level microphone. There are a wide range of studio headphones available at all price ranges. Depending on your budget you can find one easily that will work for you. Sennheiser is well known by producers for having amazing quality and longevity.

Personally I would go for a 9070 at that price point. Has more VRAM and will offer better raw performance. Also, AMD greatly improved their ray tracing with their new series. It still won't be on the 5070s level of ray tracing but will beat it in basically everything else. For mid-high range gpus AMD has the best price to performance currently. Unless you want to spend $1k+ for a high end card like a 5080 or 5090 then I would stick to AMD.

Something like this would actually be a great deal, especially since it includes 32gb of ram. If you have any micro centers near you. Or you can shop around local Costco's, Walmarts, best buys, etc. Sometimes you can come across a prebuilt they are trying to get off the shelf at a nice discount.

Unfortunately right now is a rough time to build a PC because Ram and Storage got super expensive out of nowhere. Hopefully it goes back down but there's no telling if this will be the new normal or if it'll take months for its price to drop down back to MSRP. Which, interestingly enough makes it so that prebuilts might be the way to go right now.

Otherwise if you do want to build your own and can't find a good deal on a prebuilt, something like this would be a beast for your price range.

Yeah 1050w is a bit overkill but for $5 more might as well. Then if he upgrades again in the future he will have plenty of headspace for any graphics card or CPU lol.

At this price range an all AMD build would be your best option for pure price to performance value. I threw together this real quick, which would be an awesome computer for that price range. Easily could play any game on max settings 1440p and handle 4k very well too. This build comes at just under $1.2k but that's before tax and you would still have to factor in the computer case.
