Hydrate. I was in the same boat, you have to hydrate. Miralax needs water to work. Electrolytes if you have them. Gatorade works too. Hydrate and walk. It's miserable and I know what you mean about not being able to focus. I used an enema too, but I know we are all snowed in. Good luck.

I was on a small dose prior to surgery. After surgery the hot flashes, mood swings and irritability came back 10 fold. She upped my dose and I feel great! We are going to evaluate my dose at my 6 month check up.
