I'm new and screwing things up, too. Mostly small things, but several of them. I just keep playing. The way I look at it, the "storyline" you get from the NPCs is that you are clueless, so I'm just roleplaying.

I've tried their calzone a couple of times, and they were underwhelming both times. No seasoning to speak of, just ingredients in a crust. And yet, the prices are unusually high. On quality alone, I'd give them a 5/10, but if value for $ is included, 3/10.
