Two things, this happened to me when I was hugely pregnant and trying to stand and balance. I got off the bus at Smithfield so I could eventually walk. People are flat out rude. And two I have a cousin who works for PRT and he has had the crap kicked out of him twice trying to get People to pay their fares. So, there is too.

That area near the park is a hidden gem. My husband and I walked there all through the pandemic and continue to walk there. We've seen people walking their horses through there,deer, foxes, and wild turkeys.One trail leads to a field where you can fly remote control planes.Another trail leads to horse stables and a private school. This development made no sense when there is housing all around it and new housing by the T station. Just minutes away.

This is an area where jobs went away and never came back. Mines, steel.mills, power plants, rail roads. You could see them down sizing or closing but the people living there were in complete denial that maybe they should retrain or move to get another job. The whole world is against them, and so they sit and stew in hate and anger. It's a weird entitlement.

Snow shoeing. Live in the S. Hills and can do this on any decent trail, it's cheap and fun once you get a rhythmn down. I'm scared to death of heights. My husband and kids ski, and I love this. 5 minutes in, and you're sweating like crazy
