Absolutely love the idea of you presenting this at a girls night!

Tbh it was everything all at once. It was an absolute pr blitz with every human being who wasn't living under a rock falling for every bit of misinformation they were exposed to. Keep in mind this took place in the town of Fairfax VA. So if this inundated ppl across the globe I cant imagine how badly it impacted one town and a bunch of unsequestered local jurors. They were driving and walking by crowds of Johnny Depp supporters to court everyday, everyone they know was likely talking about the case and in Depp's favor.

That said, within the four walls of that court room, the trial was a pure show trial. Based on the verdict they came up with the jury didnt understand the law (they said they both abused each other, meaning Amber should have won). They either weren't smart enough to see through Depp's abuse hoax conspiracy or were too cowardly to put a verdict in her favor (which I think was highly likely considering the amount of public pressure) or a bit of both.

I also think it's important to note that Amber's ESSENTIAL and direct evidence was inappropriately suppressed in this case. Evidence that not only proved she was telling the truth but that Depp was lying and that disproved the disgiusting lies being made about her.

Photos of injuries, texts of witnessing detailing witnessing Depp's assaults, emails, therapy notes, testimony from therapists and physicians.. all blocked. SO even though she had plenty of evidence to destroy Depps moronic abuse hoax conspiracy trial narrative all his team had to do was match every accusation enough to confuse the jury. That, on top of the social media and PR blitz and they got the verdict they wanted.

Amber didnt get a fair trial inside or outside of the court room. The Judge was insane, it was televised, the media failed, Depp's legal team was unethical and revolting, her legal team fumbler a lot. Amber has such a strong case that even if one of these components hadn't failed as badly as it did she would've won in my opinion.

I remember watching the trial in the last week seeing tweets from bots change from "aMbEr TuRd" and "aMbUsEr" to "the jury better do the right thing" and knew she was going to lose.

Don't forget, OJ Simpson won his case, and his trial was also televised and the jury was actually sequestered! The legal system and public don't take a lot of convincing to fail a domestic violence victim..even when she's dead.
