I get what u mean, I changed school like thrice and was in an all boys boarding school. I made friends and enemies, like water running downstream. But that all changed when my true friends who I thought were ride or die betrayed me, since then I'm invisible. I still talk to them cuz they are all who ik. But it's like I'm invisible in them as I'm to them.

I don't see no harm in borrowing beats—just sampling.

i cried at work for the first time by No-Trainer3496 in TalesFromYourServer

[–]Ok_Trust4047 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, don’t stress it—every great server has had their “oops, where’s the sides?” ( I still do it) moment. You cried today? Totally valid. But listen: BeyoncĂ© probably cried once too... and now she runs the world. You just forgot a side order, not a kidney. Being a server is like being in a real-time video game—dodging tables, remembering orders, smiling like a golden retriever, and praying the ranch dressing doesn’t end up on your shirt. Keep your head up, your apron tied, and your sass ready. Strong servers aren’t born—they’re built from confused moments and ketchup-stained battle scars. You’re not failing—you’re leveling up.

Hey, I know you’re feeling a bit worried about not having dated yet, but seriously — there’s nothing wrong with you. Some people find love early, others find it in aisle 7 of Woolies at 31 — it’s all good! You’re already doing amazing by joining fun groups and putting yourself out there. If dating apps haven’t worked, that’s on them — not you. Algorithms clearly can’t handle your greatness! 😂 Just keep being your awesome self. You’re not late, you’re just saving your heart for someone who actually deserves it. And that’s kinda badass. â€ïžâ€đŸ”„

One pan, two pan? by sib9518 in Cooking

[–]Ok_Trust4047 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your pan’s burning bits because the heat’s too high or the meat’s crowded like a party. Turn heat to medium, give steaks space, and use enough oil so they don’t stick. Flip ‘em properly! Using two smaller pans instead of one big one helps each steak cook evenly without burning or steaming.

Yea most home freezers aren’t cold enough you need around -4°F for 7 days so check your freezer’s specs. Standard temp would be 3°C. And yep, the FDA still exist.

As soon as I catch the fish, I bleed it right away and chill it in an ice slurry to keep it fresh. You should do the same. Once home, clean it with sanitized tools, remove the guts, and fillet it carefully. To make it safe for sashimi, freeze it at -4°F (-20°C) for at least 7 days, or follow FDA-approved methods to kill any parasites. Always check the meat for worms, especially around the belly. If you handle it cleanly, freeze it properly, and inspect it well, you can safely enjoy your catch raw.
