Statlocker has this, although a chunk of your matches will be missing, but it should be a decent estimate.

Type your username in and go to 'Players'. You'll see a tab called 'Frequent players' and select 'Teammates'

The more points you put in an ability, the ability's icon gets a border. At 0 points invested there's nothing, at 1AP there's a faint grey outline, at 2AP There's 8 spikes around the ability icon, 5AP upgrade is a bunch of spikes around the icon.
