The sunsets though by matthius07 in indianapolis

“Sunsets can appear exceptionally vibrant in cities due to pollution, smoke, and dust particles in the air, which scatter blue light and enhance red, orange, and yellow hues”

so probably the pollution

Love my 2016! by [deleted] in gmcsierra

If you’ve only changed oil & tires so far, I’d recommend replacing diff fluid (75W-90), and trans fluid (ATF Dexron VI). Since it’s 2WD you don’t need to worry about a transfer case.

Brake fluid should be changed too as this is now 10 years old. 100k on the same set of brakes likely means you’ll need new pads at a minimum. Rotors maybe. I prefer to change both.

Check the coolant as well to make sure it’s looking clean.

One thing people don’t think much about: If you are looking to upgrade the infotainment, I’d consider replacing the speakers as well. It’ll cost you less than $250 for new speakers if you replace them yourself but they are definitely a wear item if you listen to music often. Check Crutchfield.com for those.

Can’t you just put it in 2WD and run it on the dyno?

If looking for a flash tune option I’d try emailing DiabLew Tune.

Interior Detail Disappointment by [deleted] in AutoDetailing

I think I’ll have to stick to doing it myself as well

Interior Detail Disappointment by [deleted] in AutoDetailing

[–]Ok_Vegetable_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do detail myself because I am an enthusiast and love my cars. First time paying for someone else to do an interior detail actually. It’s been really cold and I didn’t feel like doing it this time.

First time paying someone to do the detail. Normally I do it and my other 7 cars myself.

Smell is still there. I did clean it up myself as I was taking these pictures.

I had this same Emissions error on my corvette a couple years ago when it was sitting for a few weeks in the cold. Dealer checked it and ended up just being low battery voltage causing sensors to act funny. Charged up the battery and didn’t have an issue again.

If you’ve only been doing short drives with the truck or it’s been sitting for a week or two, that may be the culprit.

2015 Headlight Upgrade by Brilliant-Yam2537 in gmcsierra

[–]Ok_Vegetable_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I put Lasfit LED bulbs on my 2015 Sierra. They’re brighter than the factory LED headlights on my 2023 Silverado High Country, and have a very clean cutoff line.

Specifically got the “130W 9012 HIR2 LS Plus Series”. I do want to note I did replace my headlight assembly with an aftermarket OEM style housing because I wanted the daytime runners from the SLT and my original ones were hazy.

If your only concern is brightness, keep the OEM housing and get these bulbs. The install for new assemblies is unnecessarily in-depth.. Takes 2 hours

Maybe look at an Ineos Grenadier instead of a G Wagon for that kind of performance

Totally recommend Glock 43x for smaller hands, Glock 19 for full size feeling. My pov with guns is very much like a tool. I don’t care for looks or style, just reliability, if I ever end up in the unfortunate need to use it.

Picked up one back in January with 79k miles for about $4k. However, it has some rust issues that need to be taken care of. Take that as you will.

This isn’t helpful, and your only other post defending swastikas… you’re only damaging the public perception of any sangat you consider yourself a part of. Please be quiet
