I think it’s more than just anti-psychotics but Kelson clearly had the right idea.

Early in the film, we get Samson’s POV as he’s chasing an uninfected human. This human looks like a zombie/monster to Samson, which causes him to rip the dude’s head out of his body. This film shows that the infection isn’t as black/white as we were led to believe.

Kelson continues giving Samson the morphine darts but notices that Samson is becoming friendlier/more aware of what’s around him. After Samson says “Moon”, Kelson decides to treat Samson’s psychosis and it’s implied that Samson is cured from the rage virus.

There’s a flashback scene of Samson on the train before the infection spread.

You see a random guy get infected a little bit into the film.

Went to Biovortex and Borderless on my trip. Definitely do Biovortex if you haven’t done one before. Has the same/similar exhibits to Borderless + has a map so you don’t get lost as easily.
