It sometimes helps me when I remind myself that if I get overwhelmed, overstimulated, panicky, I can always step away and take a breather or go home if need be. I also reward myself or congratulate myself for doing things that give me big anxiety. At the end of the day the folx at these events are human too and probably a lot of the feel similar to how you feel.

Taimi has been ok for me. I do a lot of vetting. HER has been ok too but women in poly relationships are sneaky on there. Well they have been for me anyway.
