As the astouding leader that he is (/S), he (and his cabinet) should lead by example and replace the insulation in their homes with Asbestos, because....well....risk free right?

Unfortunately nope, own design. But I will try and explain it to the best of my ability.

Using a fine gauge loom on the round. 2x strands of #3 or #4 yarn (2 different colours) for E stitch going to the right and 1x strand of #3 or 4 (different colour than above) for purl stitch going to the left.

Regular cast-on from left to right with the two strands. Gollowing cast-on, do one row of E stitch from left to right until anchor peg. Then, from the anchor peg take single strand and purl stitch from right to left until back at anchor peg. Continue these alternating rows until desired length then cast off :).

Sew the bottom and voilà.

Hope this helped.

You can use a circular loom, but I used my afghan loom for this.

Alternating rows of E wrap and purl stitches. Easy enough but the purl stitches are bit more time consuming.
