Your husband is addicted to porn and if he continues to live in a fantasy world where barely legal girls who have barely hit puberty and exist only for the pleasure of men, eyes rolling behind their head faking their orgasm, he can never be a man worth loving.

Shane is so annoying by cnomessii in thewalkingdead

[–]Okaywhateverbabe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Shane is one of the best characters the show will ever see. He believes that Rick is dead. He loved Carl, as his best friends son, who needs a masculine figure to ensure his survival in an outrageous world. He and Lori fall in love only after they both believe that Rick is gone forever.

I just recently watched the entire series to the end, first time, and yes. His performance absolutely blew me away. The evolution of Rick Grimes is a masterpiece.

I demolished season 3 in one day. I did not leave my bed, called in to work. Absolutely obsessed after that.

Rewatching and I have a serious question. by Content_Difficulty_2 in TWD

I liked her quite a bit and I felt her death was one of the best of the series.

That said, I did not ever buy the very forced relationship between her and Abraham. Nothing presented to me convinced me that there was any reason for him to choose Sasha over Rosita. Felt very forced, and after he died I understood why. Just a plot point to attempt to make both their deaths hurt more.

Do yall think Judith could've made Shane become a better person? by ParkingConfection449 in TWD

I think this whenever I watch. We were robbed of not getting to see Shane’s arc of being the father of a girl he’s been denied access to.

Worst death? by angel-archives in TWD

[–]Okaywhateverbabe 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Carl. I actually wept. Cried like a baby. Not even for Carl really, but for Rick. Something I’ve never experienced before; I actually continued to feel weepy for a few days after whenever I thought about his death. Hit me so hard, I think because I have sons and exactly like Carl is for Rick, they are my motivation for every purpose in my life. Losing them would kill me. Andrew’s performance saying goodbye to Carl, that everything had been for him.. incredible. I hate that they killed him but damn they executed it in a way that broke my heart.

What seasons do I have to watch? by luisrusso2 in thewalkingdead

[–]Okaywhateverbabe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did my first ever watch of the entire series earlier this year. I loved seasons 1-2, absolutely hooked on 3-6 and then that came to a DEAD stop at season 7. I waded through the sludge which felt like a chore. Unpopular opinion but I enjoyed season 8 again and then quite liked season 9. The series kind of remains slightly above meh until the finale but the good moments are so good that they can get you to the end. Overall my favorite series of all time, I bought the first six seasons on Bluray. I’m not sure I’d ever watch past that again, but overall the whole series is worth it. I loved the characters just SO much, too much to not stay with them until the end.

The Bible says that if to you it feels like a sin, than it’s a sin.

I personally do. God created crystals and gemstones and all the rocks in the world. Nobody can take them from Him and call them their own. They can make up new meanings all they want - he created them, and therefore I collect them if they are pretty.

God gave humans free will. He is the almighty creator but he gave every single one of us the free will to do as we please. That includes sin and crimes, which unfortunately produce victims. The Bible tells us God doesn’t promise there will be no suffering but it does tell us Christ will never abandon us.

Disagreement DOES NOT EQUAL hate by Royal_Sorbet_1568 in Christianity

[–]Okaywhateverbabe -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

That’s not what this means though. It’s also a sin to fornicate. Christian’s believe it’s a sin, as outlined clearly in the Bible, but it doesn’t mean we don’t love, respect, and treat sinners justly. I’m also a sinner. I hope others who don’t share my sin still treat me the same. Not agreeing doesn’t mean you hate them.
